Documentation
Everything you need to get the most out of Yoosh.
Getting Started
1. Create an Account
Sign up with your work email. You get access to the free tier immediately — 5 calls per month, no credit card needed.
2. Record Your First Call
Head to Calls and click "New Call". Paste your Zoom meeting link before the call starts. Our AI notetaker joins the meeting and records everything.
3. Review Your Scorecard
After the call ends, processing takes 2–5 minutes. You'll get a full scorecard with conversation metrics, AI insights, and coaching tips.
Recording Calls
Supported Platforms
Currently we support Zoom meetings. Google Meet and Microsoft Teams support is coming soon.
How It Works
When you submit a meeting link, our AI notetaker joins your meeting. It clearly identifies itself by name, records audio, and transcribes with speaker detection so you know who said what.
Call Statuses
Calls go through a few stages: Recording → Processing → Analyzed. If something goes wrong, the status shows as Failed.
Conversation Metrics
Filler Words
"Um", "uh", "like", "you know", "basically" — we track them all. You'll see total count and per-minute rate. Aim for under 3 per minute.
Talk/Listen Ratio
How much you spoke vs. the prospect. For discovery calls, aim for 30–40% you, 60–70% them. For demos, 60/40 is fine.
Longest Monologue
Your longest uninterrupted stretch of talking. Keep it under 60 seconds — go longer and you risk losing their attention.
Interruptions
How often speakers talked over each other. Some overlap is natural, but consistently high numbers mean you're not letting the prospect finish.
Speaking Speed
Your words per minute. The sweet spot is 130–170 WPM. Too fast feels anxious, too slow loses engagement.
Questions Asked
How many questions you and the prospect asked. More questions from you — especially open-ended ones — correlate with higher close rates.
AI Analysis
Objection Detection
The AI spots objections raised during the call, categorizes them (price, timing, competitor, authority, need), and evaluates how well you handled each one.
Topics Discussed
Automatically identifies the topics covered during the call with timestamps, so you can see how your time was spent.
Discovery Questions
Rates the quality of your discovery questions as excellent, good, fair, or needs work — with specific feedback on each.
Buyer Signals
Picks up signals from the conversation that indicate whether the prospect is a good fit for what you're selling.
Call Structure
Scores each phase of your call — opening, discovery, solution discussion, closing — on a 1–10 scale with specific feedback.
Sales Playbook
What to Add
Sales techniques, objection responses, closing frameworks, insights from experts — anything that makes you better. The AI references your playbook when coaching you.
Categories
Organize by type: objection handling, closing, discovery, negotiation, rapport building, follow-up, and more.
How It Helps
When the AI analyzes a call, it pulls relevant techniques from your playbook. If a price objection comes up, it'll reference your frameworks for handling it.
Search & Coaching
Search Your Calls
Search across all your calls and playbook using plain language. Try: "How did I handle the security concern with Enterprise Corp?" or "Show me calls where the prospect mentioned competitors".
Objection Coach
Describe an objection you're facing and get AI coaching on how to respond. The advice is based on your playbook, so the more you add, the better it gets.
Plans & Billing
Free Tier
5 calls per month with basic metrics and transcript access. A great way to try the platform.
Pro Plan — $49/month
Unlimited calls, full AI analysis, call search, unlimited playbook, and objection coaching. Annual plan saves 20%.
Managing Your Plan
Use the Billing page to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. You can update your payment method through the Stripe portal.
Privacy & Security
Your Data
Recordings and transcripts are stored securely. Your data is never shared with other users or used for training. Delete any call and its data at any time.
Transparency
The bot always identifies itself when joining meetings. It appears as "Yoosh Coach" so everyone knows they're being recorded.
